TWIN COUNTY AIRPORT COMMISSION REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL AIRPORT CONSULTING SERVICES.
Twin County Airport Commission will accept qualification proposals to provide Professional Airport Consulting Services for airport development projects at the Twin County Airport. It is the intent of the Commission to submit requests for federal and/or state funding grants for all eligible work and therefore, proposals must be responsive to the eligibility criteria for Federal and State Airport Improvement Programs.
Written qualification proposals, three (3) copies, will be received until 4:00 PM (local time) on August 20, 2026 by:

Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria:
1. Firm and individual staff member’s experience related to similar airports and services.
2. Performance record and demonstrated ability to provide the requested services.
3. Familiarity with Federal Aviation Administration, Virginia Department of Aviation and local requirements.
Following receipt of proposals, the Commission may shortlist those respondents from which additional information may be requested in writing and/or during a verbal interview/presentation. However, the Commission reserves the right to select based solely on proposals.
